Data protection standards

Client tax and transactional invoice records are handled under strict confidentiality protocols. Access is limited to authorised personnel who need it to deliver the service.

System infrastructure adheres to UAE Federal data protection and information security requirements. Transmissions are encrypted in transit, and records are retained for the periods required under UAE law.

No transactional or client metadata is shared outside statutory tax authority reporting requirements. Reporting to the Federal Tax Authority is the only routine disclosure.
